Parents tap a link in their email and they're in — signed in for 30 days on their own phone. Nothing to forget, nothing for your front desk to reset, no more “I can't get into the portal” calls during warm-up.
Billing that never lies
Every invoice shows its true status, always. When a payment fails, the parent hears about it immediately — with a self-serve way to fix it — instead of the failure hiding in a report you find next month. Every money event is recorded permanently.
Enrollment that sells for you
Trials convert to enrollments with one tap and an automatic payment link. Waitlist offers hold a spot for 48 hours, then release themselves to the next family. Mid-season joins prorate automatically — with your override, not ours.

What does MarleyDesk cost?
Flat monthly pricing per studio — never per student, so growing your enrollment never raises your bill. Founding studios lock their rate permanently.
Can we switch from Jackrabbit or Studio Pro?
Yes. MarleyDesk imports families, students, and enrollments from CSV exports — and for founding studios, we sit with you and do the migration together.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The parent portal is a mobile-first website: nothing to install, nothing to update, no iOS-only limitations. It works on whatever phone the parent already has.
What about recitals and competitions?
Recital ticketing is on the roadmap, timed to our founding studios' recital season. We're deliberately making daily operations rock-solid first.
Is our families' data safe?
Each studio's data is isolated at the database level and encrypted at rest. Parents enter and control their own family's information, and it is never sold or shared.
